At the end of the three year cycle, we identified the students who had a computer that was three years old. We used Powerschool to export a list of students at each grade level by enrollment date into SAS using this code in Powerschool. After communicating through the EAGLE and principal blogs, TRFs emailed families we have not heard from with the email below:
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Yu,
Most students have returned a paper copy of the form at this point. However, if it is easier for you to fill the form out digitally and email it back to me, then that would suffice as your confirmation for Option 1 or Option 2. I kindly request that you turn the form back to me as soon as possible.
